CareAR Assist enables service management teams anywhere, to provide real-time visual AR assistance, guidance, and compliance for their on-site customers, field workers, and employees. Remote agents and experts are able to virtually see the situation and visually guide customers and field workers intuitively using a suite of augmented reality tools via desktop, mobile, or smart glass devices, as if they were there in person.

CareAR® Instruct

CareAR Instruct uniquely creates and consolidates all types of instructional content delivered with context, enabling self-solve and self-service experiences. New and existing 2D and 3D content, including PDF’s, knowledge base articles, and videos are visually served up into a personalized AR-based self-guided instructional session.

MagicLens and Lenovo ThinkReality A3 Smart Glasses

MagicLens leverages computer-aided design (CAD) data to enable 3D content visualization, video simulations for AR-enriched 3D content and high-quality renderings of models. CareAR bundles in rich augmented reality content created by MagicLens’ advanced 3D toolsets and domain expertise to extend a visual AR experience to any industrial and physical products.

CareAR will also present in the Collaboration, Training and Education track where it will cover how to make remote collaboration and self-solve AR experiences accessible in Customer Support and Field Service scenarios. We will discuss the importance of seamless integration into your existing service management platforms, such as ServiceNow, to drive scale, reduce technical sprawl, and increase value via post-event visibility, audits, and AI insight for continuous improvement and optimization.
